HiG Modular has been committed to the development and operation of new integrated buildings and special containers for 20+ years, and has a series of products such as packaging boxes, special containers, modular buildings, etc. The products are widely used in domestic and foreign construction camps, energy mine camps, government resettlement, military barracks, emergency security, tourism holidays, hotels, apartments, medical care, schools, housing, multimodal transport, environmental protection and energy conservation, 5G infrastructure, new energy reserves and all kinds of permanent and semi-permanent integrated buildings.

HiG Modular has exported high-quality modular housing and prefab buildings to over 120 countries and regions, having successfully delivered more than 2,000 projects.

We operate three major production bases with over 100,000 square meters of factory facilities, delivering an annual output of more than 600,000 square meters of construction area. This capacity enables us to meet diverse standards and client requirements across multiple projects.

OUR FACTORY

Our factory operates three major production bases located in Suzhou, Shandong, and Hebei, all strategically positioned near major ports such as Shanghai and Ningbo, offering significant transportation advantages. We are equipped with advanced production facilities and a strong technical team. Our factory features a leading domestic automated plastic spraying assembly line, laser cutting machines, and a comprehensive steel structure production line that integrates cutting, assembly, automatic welding, automatic polishing, and plastic spraying in one seamless process.
